If you would like to attend the workshop, please respond to Masumi Yamada by April 10 regarding
(1) your name and institute,
(2) whether you would like to join the welcome reception on April 21 (5000yen),
(3) food restriction if you are planning to attend the welcome reception.
- Registration for Paper Presentation
Please respond to Masumi Yamada by February 16 regarding
(1) whether you will be able to participate,
(2) whether you would like to make a presentation
(3) title and authors of your paper, if you are planning to make a presentation, and
(4) whether you prefer an oral or poster presentation.

We would like to receive your abstract by March 31 in either pdf or word format. Please include title, authors, and affiliations.
You can include figures, and the length can be 1 to 3 pages.

Oral presentation:
The time allotted is 15 min (+ 5min discussion) for each presentation.
We have a windows computer with Powerpoint 2007.
You will be required to bring your presentations on a USB memory stick or CD so that we may upload to our PC prior to workshop, unless you are bringing your own computer.
Poster presentation:
Each presenter is provided with a 115cm-high by 85cm-wide poster board.
